DAY 1 - AIRPORT – COLOMBO

DAY 2 - COLOMBO – PINNAWELA - KANDY

After Breakfast, Check-out from Hotel Transfer to Pinnawala. (approx. 2.5 Hours’ Drive from Colombo to Pinnawala) Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, located 13 km northwest of Kegalle towards Kandy, is famous because of the elephant orphanage located in the area. It is a must-visit as it would definitely add an unforgettable experience to your stay in this paradise isle. Established: 1975 by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation Purpose: To rescue, care for, and protect orphaned, injured, and abandoned wild elephants. DAY 3 - KANDY – RAMBODA – NUWARA ELIYA

After Breakfast, Check-out from Hotel and leave for Nuwara Eliya via Ramboda Visit Ramboda Falls (approx. 3 Hours’ Drive from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya) Ramboda falls, is nourished by a tributary of one of Sri Lanka’s main rivers, the waterfall consists of several mini falls within it and cascades in two layers forming a scenic misty spray. DAY 6 - MIRISSA – GALLE - HIKKADUWA

Optional : Morning - Whale watching in Mirissa. - Packed breakfast ( Need to be there at 06:30 am for whale watching ) Whale Watching, during December to April swarms of Sperm whales, Fin whales and Blue whales can be sighted swimming about freely the sapphire waters. You can witness the most extraordinary sites of these creatures in Mirissa and Kalpitiya. After breakfast, proceed to Galle. En route fishing with stilt fisherman Stilt fishermen in Koggala, practice one of Sri Lanka’s most ancient fishing techniques. if you happen to pass the little coastal town of Koggala, you might observe fishermen out in the sea, precariously perched on a wooden stilt sunk deep into the seabed. Galle, a living time capsule home to the largest occupied Fort in Asia. Its quaint beauty extends beyond its golden beaches, cerulean waters, the picturesque views and the rich history while walking through the narrow, cobbled streets within the Fort. Today after breakfast, visit Turtle Hatchery and experienced a boat tour. Visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, in the south, established in 1981, was one of the earliest attempts to safeguard local turtles from extinction. Managed by the Sri Lanka Wildlife Protection Society, the hatchery offers a wildlife experience of a different sort. Maduganga River Zone, a beautiful river that is the second largest wetland in the country.
