Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Twist In Trip Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "the Agency") and the customer ("you"). By booking a travel package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payments
1.1 A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount may vary based on the type of package. 1.2 Full payment must be made before the departure date as per the specified schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking. 1.3 All payments must be made via the payment methods outlined by the Agency, which may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other secure online payment systems.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total package price.
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% of the total package price.
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
For Non-Refundable or Promotional Rates:
- No refund will be provided for cancellations at any time. These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 2.2 Cancellation by the Agency: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your trip, we will offer you an alternative package or a full refund.
- 2.3 Refunds will be processed within [number of days] from the date of cancellation request.
3. No Show Policy
3.1 If you fail to check in on the arrival date without prior notification, this will be considered a No Show, and no refund will be issued. The full booking amount will be charged.
4. Early Departure or Shortened Stay
4.1 If you choose to leave earlier than the scheduled check-out date, the hotel may charge for the full original booking, depending on the hotel’s policy. No refund will be provided for unused nights unless otherwise stated.
5. Changes to Hotel Booking
5.1 Any requests for changes (e.g., date modifications, room type changes) must be made in advance and are subject to availability. 5.2 The hotel may charge additional fees for changes to the booking, which will be communicated to you at the time of the request.
3. Travel Insurance
3.1 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. 3.2 The Agency is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
4. Travel Documents
4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. 4.2 We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to failure to have proper travel documentation.
5. Changes to Booking
5.1 Changes by You: If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., dates, accommodation), you must notify us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that they will be possible. Additional charges may apply. 5.2 Changes by the Agency: In rare circumstances, we may need to make changes to your booking (e.g., accommodation, itinerary). We will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives.
6. Liability
6.1 We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation). While we take care in selecting these suppliers, we are not responsible for any acts or omissions by them. 6.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the date of the cancellation request, subject to the hotel's refund policy. 6.2 Any applicable bank or processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to undertake the trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. 7.2 You are responsible for complying with all health and safety requirements, including vaccinations, local regulations, and COVID-19 protocols.
8. Complaints
8.1 Any complaints during your trip should be raised with us immediately to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. 8.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within [number of days] from the end of the trip.
9. Use of Personal Data
9.1 We will collect and use your personal information under our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing travel services. 9.2 We will not share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill the services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
