DAY 1 - September 24th – Arrival in Guwahati

Arrive in Guwahati by Afternoon Rest House available to freshen up. Assemble at the Pickup point by 9:00 PM Board the AC Volvo Bus at 10:00 PM for Ziro

DAY 2 - September 25th – Welcome to Ziro

Arrive in Ziro and check into the campsite. Freshen up and enjoy the breakfast. Head to the Ziro Festival Venue. Evening at leisure and bonfire acoustic jam.

DAY 3 - September 26th – Explore & Enjoy

Breakfast at the Camp. Spend the day at the Ziro Festival. Try local cuisine, rice beer, and wine. Evening acoustic jam at the Campsite. Stargazing under the Ziro sky.

DAY 4 - September 27th – Meet the Locals

Guided village tour: Apatani culture. Traditional Apatani house visit with tea. Head of the festival ground. Night-time campfire session with Local Artists.

DAY 5 - September 28th – Arrival in Guwahati

Optional hike to the Pine Grove. Music and local food at the Festival. Gala night at the campsite with activities

DAY 6 - September 29th – Departure

Morning breakfast & farewell group photos. Board the back to Guwahati by 9:00 AM. Arrive at Guwahati by evening.

Terms & Conditions

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of a Medical condition it entirely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
Twist In Trip reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case a flight gets canceled, Twist In Trip will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, the traveler shall bear any additional cost incurred for the same.
In Case of any Health Issues Twist In Trip will not be liable to provide any refunds and in case of Medical Emergencies, all the medical expenses will be liable to the customer.
